Dacia was the land inhabited by the Dacians. The Greeks referred to them as the Getae (eastern Dacia) and the Romans called them Daces.
The territory of Dacia housed several tribes physically and linguistically related: Apulianes, Anartes, Bastarnaes, Britolages, Bures, Carpians, Costoboces, Getaes, Iazyges, Tracians, Tyragetaes.
They all spoke the same language, namely Latin vulgaris but in several dialects. 
The Dacian people are considered the ancestors of the Romanian people.

In order to obtain the certificate,  are required QSO's performed since 1 January 2000, the date of establishment PRO-CW-CLUB.

QSOs are required with stations whose last letter in the suffix of the callsign corresponds to the letters:
D A C I A E   R E G N U M   L I B E L L U M
A total of 20 QSO's all stations must be from Europe.
And:
1 QSO with each of the prefixes: YO (YP, YQ, YR) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
1 x ER
2 x SP
2 x YU
3 x OM
3 x UR-UZ
4 x LZ
5 x HA
QSOs with stations other than the first 20.
Total 48 QSO

All modes and bands is allowed.
Special notification for the certificate obtained with QSO's only in CW.
Do not count QSO’s via repeaters, echo-link, satelite or cross-band.

This award is FREE of charge for all applicants.
