ROMANIAN ROYAL NAVY
Submarine HMS DELFINUL
(1936-1970)
This certificate was established in the year of 2020 on the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the Romanian Royal Navy which was founded in 1860 and abolished in 1947.
The Delfinul (Dolphin) submarine was built in Fiume-Italia, launched on the water in 1930 and armed in 1936. In 1970 it was abandoned.
In 1938 two submarines were built at the Naval Shipyard in Galaţi-Romania, the Marsuin and the Shark (Rechinul).
In order to obtain the diploma, are required QSO's performed since 1 January 2000, the date of establishment PRO-CW-CLUB.

QSOs are required with stations whose last letter in the suffix of the callsign corresponds to the letters:

A total of 21 QSO's of which at least 5 stations must be from Romania and Moldova: YO, YP, YQ, YR, ER.
All modes and bands is allowed.
Special notification for the certificate obtained with QSO's only in CW.
Do not count QSO’s via repeaters, echo-link, satelite or cross-band.
This award is FREE of charge for all applicants.

MARINA REGALĂ ROMÂNĂ
Submarinul NMS
DELFINUL
(1936-1970)
Această diplomă a fost instituită în anul 2020 cu ocazia celei de-a 160-a aniversări a Marinei Regale Române care a existat între anii 1860 și 1947.
Submarinul Delfinul a fost construit în Fiume-Italia, lansat la apă în anul 1930 şi armat în anul 1936. În anul 1970 a fost casat.
În anul 1938 la Şantierul Naval din Galaţi-Romania au fost contruite două submarine, Marsuinul şi Rechinul.
Pentru obţinerea diplomei sunt valabile QSO-urile efectuate începând cu 1 Ianuarie 2000, data înfiinţării PRO-CW-CLUB.
Sunt necesare QSO-uri cu staţii a cărui ultimă literă din sufixul indicativului corespunde cu literele de mai jos:

În total 21 QSO-uri din care cel puţin 10 trebuie să fie din România şi Moldova: YO, YP, YQ, YR, ER.
Se pot utiliza toate modurile de lucru.
La cerere se poate face notificare specială pe diploma obţinută pentru QSO-uri numai în CW.
Nu sunt valabile legăturile prin repetoare, satelit şi cross-band.
Diploma este GRATUITĂ.
